This WordPress plugin gives you the ability to export the links for all your websites posts in Excel design.
Go and get the plugin from the WordPress Plugin Repository by looking for LinkGather, also you can just go to the address below:

When you have installed and activated the plugin, straight away you are ready to go.
Step by Step Guide
A new tab on the options side of your WordPress admin console will appear called LinkGather:
Hovering over this title option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different sections available to you:
If you click on the Home option, this will take you to the plugins home page which supplies instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.
Post Links
Click the Post Links offering to take you to the page that will reveal all of your websites published posts’ links. Be aware that for the purposes of this instruction, we are using our WordPress test site with just a few URL's in it.
You will now see a table with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. However how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.
Underneath the URL table, you will see that LinkGather has also calculated how many post links you have.
You then also have the option to download the posts in Excel format.
Page Links
The procedure above is exactly the same for Page Links, but instead of here supplying back published links, it will bring back published pages instead:
JetPack Links
The option for JetPack ShortLinks is again exactly the same method as those above, however, JetPack URLs are actually built in short links click here created by the JetPack software. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to website get those URL.
If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.
Assuming that you have JetPack short links enabled, clicking on our plugins wp.me Links tab will bring back all those JetPack ShortLinks that it has gathered:
